Terry and her husband, John, are from the great state of NJ! She has been in the travel business since 1993. She opened her own agency, Terry Travel, in 1996. We are pleased to have Terry join us as an Independent Travel Consultant! In these unprecedented times, she felt that aligning her talents with a reputable agency like Maven Travel was the best course of action for herself and her clients! We couldn’t agree more! Terry has traveled the World visiting all of the continents except Antarctica, (not something she is looking forward to!). She and her husband, John, have been on 150 cruises (and counting)! Terry said, “As I look back at all of the places in this world I have visited, I have to be honest and say, I really love travelling!!!” They have visited all of the Caribbean Islands, except for one-Nevis! She has been to Cuba, South America, Chile, Equador, Peru, Venezuela, Columbia, (up the West Coast to San Diego (sailed during the Swine Flu epidemic) ; Africa (northern); Europe- the Mediterranean, Spain, Portugal, France, Monaco, Italy, Corsica, Croatia, Hungary, Greek Islands, Russia, Estonia, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Turkey, United Kingdom, Ireland, Iceland: Asia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand (where she rode an elephant!), Vietnam, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Japan, China (Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong) walked the Great Wall; visited the Forbidden City and it goes on and on, Australia, New Zealand, New Caledonia, Bora Bora, Tahiti, Moorea, all the Hawaiian Islands, Alaska, all but 6 US States( Oregon, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Michigan –cold states!!), They even drove cross country twice with 4 kids!!! She has also visited all of the Central American countries, transited the Panama Canal, cruised the transatlantic and transpacific and crossed the Equator at least 3 times! Terry has years of travel experiences and knowledge to share with you about many of the destinations around the world. She has many different certifications in the travel industry including the top certification available for Princess Cruise line- Commodore status, which is quite an accomplishment! Terry also enjoys escorting groups on cruises as well. She has sailed on almost all of the major cruise lines and some smaller lines too, including some sailboat vessels!
